The Practical Research Of Increasing The Resilience Of Elderly People Living Alone

China is facing a serious aging phenomenon,the number of elderly people is increasing,and the elderly who is living alone need to get more attention from the society as a special group.Each elderly person living alone has resilience,and resilience can help them spend their old age successfully,and improve their quality of life.This study aims to improve the resilience of elderly people living alone by social work professional methods,and promote their protection factors by providing services to the body,daily life and sports activities.The protection factors can help elderly alleviate the negative emotional,and face various challenges and crises in life actively.In this study,there is a survey of 25 elderly people who live alone in C community of C city,and analyze basic information and life dilemmas.The author will selecte a representative service object,aunt M,as a case.This study is based on the theory of resilience,using case-work method to guide the object to establish correct self-cognition.And let the service object promote its social integration by joining in collective activities and expand the social scope.Therefore the author based on the existing research results and methods,according to the service object demand order,starts from reducing the risk factors in order to improve the internal and external protection factors in order.Using case work to promote the object from individuals to families and communities in all kinds of protective factors,optimize the service object personal interaction with the environment,realize the goal of ascension solitary old man art force.Using the scale to evaluate the effect,it was found that improve the resilience of elderly people living alone was feasible and effective by social work professional methods.According to the research of this practice,the author tries to improve the social work methods of improving the resilience of elderly people living alone.
