Under the background of advocating reform and innovation,the competition among enterprises is more and more fierce,and human capital becomes the core resource of enterprise competition.As a career planning to improve the staff's ability and stability,the company has also been mentioned as a higher position.How to make use of limited resources for staff to develop a good career planning,so as to promote the stability of staff work and enthusiasm,and thus for the long-term development of enterprises to provide a continuous impetus,has become more and more attention to the strategic issues of enterprises.In this study,the literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and non-participation observation method were adopted.In the pre-study period,through questionnaire surveys and case interviews,it was found that company B,as a manufacturing company that manufactures auto parts,needed a certain number of blue-collar workers and had certain knowledge and skills.Although the company already has on-the-job training and related skills training courses for blue-collar workers,the effect on the career planning of employees is not very clear.This is not conducive to the stability of the work of employees in the company,but also not conducive to the long-term development of the company.In this study,the author used the human resources department to enter the company and adopted a work method based on group work to provide career services for the company.Through group activities,the blue-collar employees' career planning has achieved certain results,but due to the limitations of the writer and his own career,the follow-up needs further follow-up.This is also the inadequacy of this study.Through this social work service for employees' careers,the author integrates social work methods and integrates social work theory into practice,which can provide fresh cases and effective experiences for the development of localized social work.
