Self-career management is considered to be a series of methods and measures implemented by individuals on their own initiative to enhance their career competitiveness,achieve career development and success,and realize the value of life ultimately.Self career management is also the process of improving the individual self,which is reflected in various aspects such as occupation,life,emotion,values and so on.Effective management of self career can promote employees to recognize themselves clearly,find advantages and disadvantages,improve themselves constantly,and then realize comprehensive development;It can help employees find the occupation that conforms to their values and can match their positions.With the transformation of labor force,there are many problems in the process of career development.For example,the development is not balanced,focusing on the development of career competitiveness and ignoring other aspects;there are still someone who can not find a satisfactory career,so that they change jobs frequently.Facing these problems,we can create a suitable and comprehensive occupational environment for employees from the enterprise and social level.But the core of solving the problem is to give full play to the subjective initiative of employees,promote their ability to improve their career management,enhance their overall development consciousness and improve themselves constantly in the development.Based on the above reasons,this paper,from the perspective of social work,selects all employees of enterprise X in Suining County for the study,and evaluates the self career management problems and needs of X enterprise employees by using interview,participatory observation and questionnaire survey in the early stage.According to the evaluation results,10 employees are recruited and selected.Then,the group work method is used to carry out the service of "improving self career management and controlling the future career".The intervention program is designed to make the service object recognize themselves clearly,define the career goals,establish lifelong learning consciousness,pay attention to professional relations,display themselves timely and improve their career management gradually.Finally,the self career management scale was used to test the effectiveness of service,combined with the feedback of service objects and others.Put forward targeted suggestions.The results show that the participation of social work has a positive impact on the improvement of self career management ability of enterprise employees.It can improve the sense of responsibility of employees significantly,promote the employees to adapt to the work position and enhance the cohesion of the employees.It also Verified that the process of self career management is also the process of individual self-improvement.To some extent,The research makes up for the lack of bias in human resource department management,ande promotes the employee' self-development,At the same time,improves the physical and mental health of employees and releases their stress.The study was conducted during COVID-19.,but the team members were still actively engaged in the activity with relaxation and pleasure.The purpose of this study is to apply the self career management of employees involved in social work in more extensive enterprises,and hope to provide the available case and theoretical support for the follow-up research.
