The experts’studies about interventions of social work focused on studies of the methods of intervention, theories of intervention, model of intervention, urgent needs of intervention. However, there are studies lack of combination of social work and the specific areas of human resource management. Intervention of social work for enterprises has become a crucial need because of employees’ all kinds of physical and mental problems and lack of services. According to the theoretical background and practical conditions, author will focus on the areas of human resource management about service of social work for enterprises to find both the inner unity from the basic similarities.The focus of author’s study is the exploration of feasibility of intervention for human resources management about social work and methods of intervention. This study process is as follows:first, author will lay the theoretical foundation and research background of this article by discussing the current development and theoretical studies of intervention of social work for enterprises. On this basis, the case that author conducted in an enterprise of Xi’an, structured interviews, observational learning, and carrying out group activities and field studies are all used to demonstrate the feasibility of intervention for human resources management about social work. Then, author will demonstrate the feasibility of intervention of social work from functions; the role that social work can play, both unity about development of concept, objective and service areas. And then author will bring in theoretical models and methods of intervention of social work from three aspects about dealing with labor conflicts, staff training and career planning. At last, author will get the prospect of direction and development about intervention for human resource management of social work.
