Li Da zhao said:“The civilization of the youth is the civilization of struggle,which is the struggle against one's background,against times and against experience.”From this,we can get profound understanding about the importance of the struggle or struggling spirit to the youth.At the teacher-student symposium in Peking University General secretary Xi Jin ping said:“Only a life of ideals?dreams? struggles?dedications is a life of meaningful,and the stage for contemporary youth to build their careers is unprecedented broad,and the prospect of realizing one's dreams is unprecedented bright,for this reason,I hope all of you will make great efforts to create your own wonderful life in the great practice of realizing the Chinese dream.”Therefore,college students as the important part of the youth ?the builders and successors of socialist modernization to have the spirit of struggle is especially important.However,in our country after ten years hard study,students are admitted to colleges by college entrance examination named thousand of horses crossing the wooden bridge,and during the university period loose campus life and the erosion of the decadent lifestyles from western capitalist countries make some of the contemporary college students have changed their values,ideals and beliefs shaken.Besides,they are content with the present state of being passive and lazy in their study life.All of this are precisely their lack of enterprising spirit,pioneering and innovative spirit willing to dedication,pragmatic spirit and other specific embodiment of the spirit of struggle.Ideological and political education is a practical activity which takes people's ideology as the research object and tries to cultivate correct values.Therefore,it is imperative to cultivate the struggle spirit of contemporary college students through ideological and political education.College students' stage is the key period to deepen theoretical knowledge and put it into practice;College students are the future of the motherland,the hope of the nation,and this special identify or special mission requires them to have the spirit of struggle.Therefore,this paper studies a series of problems in cultivating the struggle spirit of contemporary college students from the perspective of ideological and political education.This article is divided into four parts:The first part is introduction.This part elaborate on research purpose and significance of this thesis,comb the research status of struggle spirit at home and abroad comprehensively,put forward the innovation and deficiency of thesis.The second part is an overview of the spirit of struggle.The author collect a large number of classical works,academic journals,excellent master's thesis?doctoral thesis and other relevant information through the library access and Hownet search.Through the collation and study of these materials,the author has excavated the connotation and the value of the spirit of struggle and the characteristics of the spirit of struggle of contemporary college students.The third part is the manifestation and reason analysis of the contemporary college students' lack of struggle spirit.The author design and distribute questionnaires after consulting a large number of academic materials based on the real life.And then,the author find out the performance of the contemporary college students' lack of struggle spirit and make a thorough analysis of the causes of the lack of struggle spirit of the contemporary college students through the sorting and analysis of the questionnaire results.The fourth part puts forward feasible countermeasures for the performance and reasons of the contemporary college students' lack of struggle spirit.The author hope to stimulate the enthusiasm of young students to struggle,so that they can contribute their strength to the realization of the Chinese dream and the promotion of socialist modernization!...
