Research On The Struggle Spirit And Cultivation Of College Students In The New Era

Each generation has its own struggle,and each era has its responsibility.The spirit of struggle is an important embodiment of the national spirit of a country.In order to cultivate new generations who are responsible for the national rejuvenation,we must work hard to cultivate the spirit of struggle of college students in the new era.Cultivating the spirit of struggle of college students in the new era is not only related to their own growth and development in the new era,but also related to the future and destiny of the country.However,there are different manifestations of college students’ struggle spirit,and some of them still have some problems.Therefore,it has become a very important research topic for college students’ ideological and political education to strengthen the research on college students’ struggle spirit and cultivation in the new era.Based on the relevant theories of struggle spirit and the current situation of struggle spirit of college students in the new era,this paper gives some thoughts on the cultivation path to enhance the spirit of struggle of college students in the new era.The first part mainly elaborates the related concepts,cultivation significance and theoretical basis of the spirit of struggle of college students in the new era.Based on the related concepts,this article analyzes the importance of cultivating the spirit of struggle of college students in the new era,and believes that the cultivation of the spirit of struggle of college students in the new era is conducive to the formation of a correct outlook on life,assume the mission of the times for college students and the realization of the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.It also pointed out that in order to deeply study the spirit of struggle of college students in the new era,it is necessary to take the Marxist thought of struggle as the theoretical basis and inherit the thought of struggle in traditional Chinese culture.In the second part,with the help of the survey data of relevant scholars and based on my own investigation and research,I analyzed the current situation of the spirit of struggle of college students in the new era,and found that the college students in the new era on the whole have a strong spirit of struggle,the outstanding quality of self-improvement,the down-to-earth spirit of hard work,the spirit of struggle for the day and the night.But at the same time,there are also some college students who lack the spirit of struggle.They are passive and slack in their study,lack of firmness in their will,focus on greed for pleasure in life,and have a strong thinking about quick success and quick gain.It also explores the causes of problems in the spirit of struggle among college students in the new era from five aspects: school,society,family,network,and students themselves.The third part is the focus of this paper,It analyzes the path of cultivating college students’ struggle spirit in the new era.That is,by strengthening the education of ideals and beliefs,the education of the struggle history in the "Four History",the education of the struggle ideology in the traditional Chinese culture,and the education of labor practice,the content of education should be improved.Make use of theory education method,infection education method,practice training method,typical education method,psychological counseling method and so on to enrich the cultivation methods.From the school,family,society,network to create a good environment for the cultivation of the spirit of struggle of college students in the new era.And encourage the new era of college students to give full play to the function of self-education,and enhance the struggle spirit from the aspects of cognition,emotion,will,belief and action.
