Research On Cultivation Of Struggle Spirit Of College Students In The New Era

General Secretary Xi Jinping said:"Working hard with the people and advancing with the motherland to serve the people and dedicate the motherland is the correct direction for contemporary Chinese youth." The spirit of struggle of the Chinese nation is inherited and developed in each generation of Yan and Huang descendants,as if it is a gene carried by itself,and will not be easily changed or disappeared.The coming of a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics and changes in the world situation require college students to possess the spirit of struggle and cultivate the spirit of struggle in different ways.Facing the disorientation of some college students and the diminishing of their struggle spirit,it is very important to study the struggle spirit of college students in the new era.It can affect whether the individual can realize personal value,or whether the entire nation can continue to advance.It has certain theoretical and practical value for the cultivation of the struggle spirit of college students in the new era.Based on the theory of struggle in Chinese excellent traditional culture,Marx and Engels's view of struggle,the Chinese Communists' view of struggle,some universities in Hebei Province were investigated by means of a questionnaire.And conduct an in-depth study of the survey results,it analyzes and summarizes the current situation and reasons of the struggle spirit of college students in the new era,and finally puts forward feasible measures to cultivate the struggle spirit of college students based on the reasons.Through investigation,the struggle spirit of most college students in the new era is positive,and they agree that the struggle spirit is important for their own success and the development of society.However,there are still some college students whose fighting spirit has been weakened,which is manifested in:short-sighted knowledge when setting goals,perfunctory skills when practicing skills,retreat from difficulties in hard work,and indecision when taking responsibility.Through comprehensive analysis,it is concluded that four aspects of individual college students,families,colleges and society are the causes of these problems.Based on the survey results and reasons,this paper proposes countermeasures to cultivate the spirit of struggle of college students.One is to guide college students to strengthen their awareness of struggle;The second is to improve the family environment of the struggle spirit of college students;The third is to consolidate the fighting spirit of college students and cultivate positions;The fourth is to optimize the source environment for the struggle spirit of college students.Since ancient times,the spirit of struggle is a special spirit of the Chinese nation that can be distinguished from other nations.At the same time,the new era requires college students to possess such a spirit.Therefore,starting from the new era,starting from the needs of the new era,according to the characteristics of the new era and college students,explore the status quo and reasons of the struggle spirit of college students,put forward training measures,strengthen the struggle spirit of college students,let the spirit of struggle continue to be inherited and carried forward,promote the comprehensive development of college students,and promote the smooth development of the great cause of socialism.
