Research On Construction Of Evaluation Index System Of Safety Management Of Primary School Physical Education In Hangzhou

The safety of education and safety prevention in school sports is an important work to ensure the normal development of school sports and promote the healthy growth of teenagers.But the current elementary and middle schools sports safety accidents occur frequently,student sports teaching security can not get effective guarantee,to the school sports teaching scientific development and healthy growth of teenagers,a very big impact.Therefore,this article through the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,del illegal,such as research methods,the elementary school sports teaching in Hangzhou for researching the construction of evaluation index system of safety management as the author paper topics for study,the results are as follows:The first Construction of evaluation index system of physical education safety management in primary schools.It is concluded that:1.1 Five primary evaluation index,respectively is: physical education and safety management system,physical education teaching environment management system,physical education and safety management supervision,security management and security,physical education teachers,students’ safety management;1.2 11 secondary evaluation index,respectively is: physical education teaching of safety management organization system,medical security system,emergency security processing system,sports facilities,equipment maintenance support,weather conditions,sports teaching supervision system of safety management,security,safety education and training,sports students sports teaching organization and management,physical health,safe movement of the cognitive and preparedness.1.3 25 items of evaluation index for level 3: safety management organizations,sports safety publicity and education,leading safety management responsibility system,medical teams,student health records,regular physical examination,emergency prevention,emergency response,regular maintenance,daily management,special weather,air quality,the annual safety management evaluation,students’ health records supervision,supervision and evaluation of classroom teaching,student sports insurance,sports safety announcement,sports safety education training,safety education teaching,the teaching of safety management,emergency response,the body function and physical quality,sports safety identification,safety emergency protection.Second,the present situation of the evaluation of the safety management of primary physical education in Hangzhou.Based on the index system content of the research,this paper investigates the current situation of the safety management of primary school physical education in Hangzhou by means of questionnaire survey.The evaluation results are as follows:2.1 according to the survey of 10 primary schools in Hangzhou,the "sports teacher safety management ability" has the highest score,which belongs to the good level;"Sports teaching safety management system" and "sports teaching environment management system" belong to medium level;"Sports teaching safety management supervision and guarantee" and "student safety management ability" are the "pass" level and "students’ safety management ability" has the lowest score.2.2 the school is not perfect in the four aspects of regular physical examination,medical team,emergency prevention and emergency treatment.Most schools are not aware of its importance.2.3 teaching for a long time a line of physical education teachers for the daily management of sports facilities,sports equipment and regular maintenance to ensure the assessment is not high,generally exist the phenomenon of "heavy construction,light management";The school and PE teachers attach great importance to the change of air quality and have a complete response to the bad air to ensure the safety and health of students’ sports.2.4 students doing very lack of sports insurance,makes the students sports injuries of accidents and can not get good social security,the requirements of the national publicity and strengthen students’ safety and far,affect physical education teaching of good conduct.2.5 the physical education teachers in the teaching has good movement and safety management,but in emergency response to treatment for sports ability still needs to strengthen,although departments at all levels more concerned for the safety of the PE teachers’ education and training,but training pertinence is not enough.2.6 students’ physical health is poor and their safety management ability is affected;Pupils’ safety behavior and the lack of safety consciousness,is also a major factor in the production of sports teaching security problems,the main reason is that physical education teachers in physical education teaching daily without education attaches great importance to the safety knowledge,safety behavior,cause students in sports avoidance phenomenon of poor ability to safety.
