The Ministry of Education issued the "Professional Ethics code for Primary and Secondary School Teachers" pointed out that "teachers,as the responsible person for students' campus learning,should protect students' personal safety,so that students can learn knowledge and skills in a safe environment".In primary and secondary school subjects,physical education subject has special requirements on participants' physical activities,physical quality and teaching environment due to its particularity.Compared with other subjects,it will produce more safety problems,which means that physical education teachers need to have higher safety literacy than teachers of other subjects.In China,there are few studies on the safety literacy of PE teachers,and few studies on the evaluation of the safety literacy of PE teachers.Therefore,this study attempts to construct the evaluation index system of the safety literacy of PE teachers as a measuring tool.Research objective: To construct an evaluation index system for primary school PE teachers' safety literacy,and to make a measuring tool for schools to evaluate primary school PE teachers' safety literacy.Research methods :(1)using the literature method to sort out the domestic and foreign scholars' research literature on physical education teachers' safety literacy,taking this as the theoretical basis of the paper,the preliminary draft of primary school physical education teachers' safety literacy evaluation index system framework;(2)The Delphi method was used to send the preliminary questionnaire for safety literacy evaluation index of primary school PE teachers to 15 experts.After three rounds of expert questionnaire feedback,the indicators were modified and improved,and the final evaluation index system framework of primary school PE teachers' safety literacy was formed.(3)Analytic hierarchy Process was used to send the questionnaire of the comparative importance of evaluation indexes to 15 experts,and the feedback results of experts were input into Yaaph software.After calculation,the weight of evaluation indexes of safety literacy at all levels was obtained,and the questionnaire of safety knowledge of primary school PHYSICAL education teachers was prepared.(4)using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and according to the"safety elementary school physical education teachers accomplishment evaluation sheet" and "safety knowledge questionnaire of elementary school physical education teachers in fuxin city Y primary school and S primary school safety culture evaluation eight primary school physical education teachers,will collect data input to take real fuzzy comprehensive assessment software to calculate the physical education teachers in the specific security literacy scores,according to the score height.Results :(1)the evaluation index system of primary PE teachers' safety literacy includes 4 first-level indicators,15 second-level indicators and 54 third-level indicators.(2)The highest weight value of the firstlevel evaluation index "classroom safety ability" is 0.420;The secondlevel index "Classroom organization and management" was 0.120;The highest weight of grade 3 index "familiar with the physical characteristics of primary school students" was 0.051.(3)With the evaluation index system of primary school PE teachers' safety literacy as a measuring tool,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can be used to show the level of primary school PE teachers' safety literacy in the form of specific scores.Research conclusions :(1)the evaluation index system of primary school PE teachers' safety literacy constructed in this study can play an evaluation role on the level of primary school PE teachers' safety literacy.(2)The evaluation index system of primary school PE teachers' safety literacy,as a tool for schools to measure PE teachers' safety literacy,can quantitatively reflect the level of primary school PE teachers' safety literacy in the form of scores,and has certain practicability and operability.
