| Alpine skiing is one of the fastest,most vulnerable and most difficult sports in skiing competitions.In order to eliminate the potential safety hazards in alpine skiing and reduce the occurrence of safety accidents,the establishment of the safety guarantee evaluation index system of alpine skiing can effectively improve the safety guarantee problems in alpine skiing.Alpine skiing has attracted more and more ski lovers around the world because of its breathtaking,exciting and challenging experience,and has gradually become a popular sport.With the rapid development of China’s economy and society,the number of participants in alpine skiing has gradually increased.Alpine skiing has become a trend of winter sports.Alpine ski resorts have sprung up all over the country.After China’s successful bid for the 2022 Winter Olympic Games,skiing has reached a new level of development in China.However,safety accidents in ski resorts occur from time to time in China due to various reasons,which brings certain unsafe factors to the participants of ski sports and hidden dangers to the popularity and development of this sport.Therefore,it is imperative to establish the evaluation index system for the safety guarantee of alpine ski resorts in Shaanxi Province.The research on the construction of the evaluation index system for the safety guarantee of alpine ski resorts in Shaanxi Province has become an inevitable requirement for the development of ski sports at present.This paper takes the research on the construction of the evaluation index system for the safety guarantee of alpine ski resorts in Shaanxi Province as the research object,takes the theory of intrinsic safety management,safety management theory and relevant policy documents as the theoretical basis,and combines the current situation of the safety guarantee of ski resorts at home and abroad,using the methods of literature,expert interview,field investigation,expert questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics The logical analysis method is used to carry out field investigation and interview investigation on the current situation of safety guarantee in the skiing of mountain resorts in Shaanxi Province,summarize and analyze the safety guarantee problems found out,and establish the safety guarantee evaluation index system of mountain resorts in Shaanxi Province.Through the research of this paper,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)After conducting expert questionnaire surveys,consulting relevant literature at home and abroad,and conducting statistical analysis of expert weight scoring,this article has obtained various indicators of the evaluation index system for the safety guarantee of alpine skiing resorts in Shaanxi Province.There are 5 first level indicators in the evaluation index system of sports safety guarantee for alpine skiing resorts in Shaanxi Province;13 secondary indicators;54 tertiary indicators.(2)After determining the evaluation index system for the safety guarantee of alpine skiing resorts in Shaanxi Province,the weights of each index and the comprehensive index weights will be statistically analyzed and summarized.The weights of the first level indicators in the evaluation index system of safety guarantee for alpine skiing resorts in Shaanxi Province include safety policies and regulations0.09352,safety education and training 0.14822,safety warning guarantee 0.45413,safety emergency rescue 0.23002,and safety insurance guarantee 0.07411;The maximum weight value of safety warning guarantee is 0.45413,so this indicator is the most important in the evaluation of safety guarantee for alpine skiing resorts in Shaanxi Province.(3)By using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and comparing the analysis of Hanzhong Longtoushan Ski Resort and Aoshan Ski Resort,it is found that the overall sports safety guarantee of Aoshan Ski Resort is "good",while the overall sports safety guarantee of Hanzhong Longtoushan Ski Resort is "good".After testing the evaluation index system for sports safety assurance in Shaanxi Province’s alpine ski resorts,and combining the actual situation of two ski resorts,it can be concluded that this system can be used for actual situation testing. |
