Metacognitive strategy is an important part of learning strategy.Metacognitive strategy is a executive function and can be used in a variety of learning activities in the psychological activity,is the use of cognitive strategy management,monitoring and evaluation of the process,is the cognition of cognition;Cognitive strategy refers to the mental activity of students when solving certain tasks using their language and background knowledge.Metacognitive strategies have been the focus of education science and psychology phenomenon,previous studies have shown that cognitive strategies and metacognitive strategies training in such aspects as improving students' learning a second language has achieved ideal result,studies have shown that English listening based on metacognitive training not only can effectively improve the students' English listening ability,also can enhance the students' ability of autonomous learning.Therefore,the researchers believe that the students should be able to improve their math performance through proper cognition and metacognitive training.This study attempts to find an effective mathematical teaching method based on the existing researches on cognition and metacognition.Therefore this study draw lessons from past research on cognitive and metacognitive training,compiled a set of training methods for January,to explore the cognitive strategies and metacognitive strategy training improve the effect of the elementary school mathematics result.This study randomly selected from two parallel class in a hangzhou primary school as the experimental group,the number of class two,grade level,the sex ratio and so on various aspects match each other,the experiment adopted the former method,the experiment of measuring-training-after the test at the same time,the same teacher,under the premise of the same training questions to two classes for training.The results of the experiment are as follows:(1)Metacognitive training + cognitive training can improve the elementary school students' mathematics problem metacognition level and improve their ability to solve mathematical problems.(2)Metacognitive training + cognitive training and cognitive training contrast,the former has a more significant effect in improving students' mathematical problem-solving ability.
