Purpose:In this paper, the experimental method is used to test the static balance ability and the characteristics of the muscle electromyography of the lower extremities under the different support surfaces and different visual conditions, and to explore the influence of sports on the balance ability of the contemporary college students, and to understand the characteristics of the balance ability of the College Students under different conditions. The influence of balance factors on the balance of college students. Methods:A total of 30 college students(male,15 female)with or without physical exercise were selected to stand on one foot under two kinds of support conditions: flat and soft cushion, with eyes closed and eyes closed for 20 s.The balance ability was tested by kistle static balance instrument and megawin myoelectric test and analysis system. The original data were collected and analyzed statistically.Results:1.In the exercise group, the standing time of the students in the four postures was longer than that of the group leader without exercise, and the male students closed their eyes on the plane. There was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05)when the soft pad was open, and there was very significant difference(P < 0.01)when the soft pad closed the eyes. There was no significant difference in the COP indexes between the exercise group and the non-exercise group(P < 0.05),and there was significant difference between the girls(P < 0.05)in theAAPmax.2.There was a significant difference in standing long jump scores between the exercise group and the non-exercise group(P < 0.01).In the exercise group, the muscle electrical data of rectus femoris and biceps femoris were better than those of the girls without exercise(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in the male students.3.When the same group of students lost their vision or support surface instability, the COP data of both groups increased in front and back, and there was significant difference between them(P < 0.05).There were more significant differences among girls than boys in the comparison of various parameters.Conclusion:1.Because college students are in the stage of good body function, there is no difference in some data in the stability measurement parameters, but there are differences in some data, which indicates that sports plays a certain role in the stability of college students.2.Sports can improve the muscle strength of college students and the ability of the body to control muscle.Sports on the male muscle strength increased significantly, the female muscle control ability to increase the effect is better.3.The change of visual and supporting environment can influence the static balance ability of college students, and sports can improve the balance ability of college students, especially female students, and reduce their dependence on vision and supporting environment.
