The purpose of quality education is to make students have an overall development.The teaching of physics is aimed to improve all students' scientific literacy.In the process of physics teaching,all students should be equally treated.In a sense,we should pay more attention to the development of every student,especially to those with learning disability.How to help the students with learn disability and make them have an overall development is a problem for every teacher.Research in learning disability of freshman in high school can facilitate the solution of learning disorder,improve the quality of physics and promote the implementation of education reform of new curriculum standard.Based on relative theories of pedagogy and psychology and the characteristics of physics of freshman in high and their learning,this thesis absorbs previous learning disability research and practical experience,chooses freshmen in No.34 middle school in Lanzhou as a researching target and makes a deep investigation of the learning status quo of physics studying.Furthermore,it analyses the cause of physics learning disability of freshman in high school,explores the effective strategies to eliminate learning disability and proposes some suggestions and advice for physics teaching in grade 1 of high school.Learning disability includes nonintellectual factor and intellectual factor.This thesis puts forward following strategies to eliminate learning disability: make good preparations for the transition from junior school to high school learning,update teaching ideas,change students' thinking model and learning methods,stimulate students' interest and motivation and teach effective learning strategies.Experimental research suggests that nonintellectual factor and intellectual factor must be considered to improve the study of those students with learning disability in physics learning.
