Under the new economic normal background,China's higher vocational colleges are ushering a new development opportunity.In support of national policy vocational colleges have made great achievements,but there is a big gap compared with universities,and prestigious colleges in particular.Scientific and rational performance assessment is an effective mobilization of enthusiasm and creativity in vocational teaching and basic research,but also a strong guarantee to fully reflect school characteristics and achieve sustained and healthy development.Teacher performance assessment,refers to an evaluation system to evaluate the teacher's moral character,ability,diligence,performance,and other aspects,including some evaluation institutions constructed on this evaluation system.It is the foundation of human resources management system in colleges,and also an objective basis for the teachers' career development planning and training.However,on the whole,China currently lacks formal assessment guidance documents for teacher performance assessment in vocational colleges,various institutions design there performance assessment system based on the experience of the personnel department or the practice of brother school.Through empirical research on the teachers' performance assessment in W COLLEGE,finds that teachers' performance assessment system in the vocational college is poorly designed,and its procedures are not standardized,the feedback mechanism is not perfect,and put forward some suggestions on the analysis of the problem of teacher' performance assessment in W Vocational College.
