Teachers' professional identity is the concept of teachers themselves as teachers based on his own experience in the interaction with education and teaching,which includes his general view of value,emotion,ability and investment.It is the inner motive force to realize the self professional development of the teacher and the core of the teacher professional development and its practice.This study selects a backbone teacher in kindergarten to carry out.Through observation,interviews,and text analysis,the development process of the professional identity of case teacher is deeply analyzed.At the same time we analyze the factors of development of professional identity characteristics and influences.On this basis,this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of professional identity of kindergarten teachers.The basic framework of the paper consists of five parts:The first part,the question is put forward.This part puts forward the urgency and necessity of the research on the professional identity of the backbone teacher in kindergarten,summarize and summarize the existing researches on the connotation,structure and influencing factors of teachers' professional identity,the backbone teacher and the professional development of kindergarten teachers.At the same time,the significance of this study is expounded.The second part,research design.In this part,the question of this study is put forward,and determines the methods used in the research and the objects to be studied,and makes specific explanations and explanations on how to collect and analyze the data.The third part,the historical analysis of professional identity of teacher “D”.It has experienced the process of germination,internalization,and sublimation of identity.The fourth part,the analysis of the characteristics and influencing factors of professional identity of teacher “D”.The characteristics of professional identity of teacher “D” are as follows:a clear sense of self-development leads the professional identity of the teacher,the stage of the professional identification process is consistent and continuous,and a good organizational atmosphere is an important condition for professional identity of the teacher.The internal factors that influence professional identity of teacher “D” include the role consciousness,responsibility and reflection of the teachers;the external factors include the influence of significant others,the on-the-job training and the atmosphere of scientific research in the kindergarten.The fifth part,suggestions to promote professional identification.Teachers should correctly locate their professional roles and consciously improve their professional quality;and they must pay attention to self-reflection and constantly improve their self-reflection ability.Training contents and forms should be produced at the right time to enhance the effectiveness of training;create a kindergarten atmosphere full of learning and research to nourish teacher growth.
