The professional development of kindergarten teachers promotes the development of education in preschool education to some extent.The cultivation of key teachers in kindergartens can improve the teaching level of education.Kindergarten teachers backbone play an exemplary role in the teachers' group,with its high professional concept,professional knowledge and professional skills lead to the development of the whole kindergarten teachers group.In this study,a key teacher of kindergarten is selected as the research object by means of narrative research.Its from a novice teacher to a deep trace backbone teacher's professional development course,analyze the various influence factors in the process of professional development,and finally puts forward some how to become a kindergarten teacher's backbone.This study is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which explains the reasons for selecting the topic,the purpose and significance of the research,the literature review and the research ideas and methods.The second part is described in detail the novice teachers focus on survival after induction stage,her from the beginning to preschool education work is expected to face all kinds of test in a work to meet the challenge out;The third part describes the kindergarten teacher's focus on the situation stage.The teachers can adapt to the teaching independently and gradually gain the growth and harvest in their own experience accumulation.The fourth part describes the kindergarten teachers to become a backbone teachers after the attention of students stage,this stage of the teacher to deepen the understanding of their roles,have the courage to take on more responsibility to become a leading education wisdom;The fifth part is the reflection and prospect of this study,mainly reflect on deficiency in the process of research,and from the individual teacher,kindergartens,families of the three level from the novice teachers to backbone teacher's professional development outlook is put forward.
