| Education plan,teachers first.The professional development of teachers has always been the focus of the education policy of the Party and the state.In recent years,with the leapfrog development of preschool education in the western region,the discussion around the professional development of kindergarten teachers in the western region has continued to heat up.The backbone teachers of kindergartens in the western region are the backbone of the team of kindergarten teachers in the western region,and also the representative of teachers with a certain influence in the group of kindergarten teachers.Their growth plays an important role in improving the quality of kindergarten teachers in the western region.The "Opinions on Comprehensively Deepening the Reform of the Construction of Teachers in the New Era" also clearly states that it is necessary to vigorously revitalize teacher education,continuously improve the professional quality and ability of teachers,comprehensively improve the quality of kindergarten teachers,and build a team of high-quality teachers who are good at teaching.Therefore,under the goal of comprehensively improving the quality of kindergarten teachers in the western region,building a high-quality team of kindergarten teachers in the western region,and promoting the high-quality development of preschool education in the western region,it is necessary and urgent to study the professional development of backbone kindergarten teachers in the western region.This study takes the backbone teachers of kindergartens in X City,Guangxi as the research object,and uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method and interview method.On the basis of collation and analysis of the existing research results and research experience,it takes the theory of the teacher’s professional development stage and the theory of achievement incentive as the main guiding theory and carry out research.This article is divided into six parts.The first part mainly introduces the reasons for topic selection,research significance,research methods,relevant concept definitions,and a summary of research at home and abroad.The second part is a rational discussion on the professional development of kindergarten backbone teachers in the western region,including the connotation and stage of the professional development of kindergarten backbone teachers in the western region,the necessity of professional development,and the basic dimensions and content.The third part is mainly to analyze the current situation of the professional development of backbone teachers in kindergartens in the western region and obtain investigation conclusions.The fourth part is an in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the professional development of kindergarten backbone teachers in the western region from four aspects: overall situation,professional knowledge,professional ability,professional philosophy and teacher ethics.The fifth part analyzes the reasons for the problems in the professional development of backbone teachers of kindergartens in the western region from five aspects: self-development,kindergarten management system,family atmosphere,policy support,and continuing education and training.The sixth part is based on the theory of the professional development stage of teachers and the theory of achievement incentive,combined with the actual situation of the professional development of backbone teachers in kindergartens in the western region,and puts forward suggestions that are beneficial to the professional development of backbone teachers of kindergartens in the western region from the perspective of individual teachers,kindergartens,families,society,etc. |
