The quality of statistical data is the lifeline of the government’s statistical work.The quality of the statistical data is not only the embodiment of the value of the data,but also the direct influence of the scientific decision of the government.Income and expenditure survey as an important livelihood survey of income distribution pattern,not only is one of the current government statistics department survey is the most representative,the survey data is one of the focus of public concern is the highest,but the income and expenditure data released government statistics,many people said the income “growth”,“on average”,voices can be heard without end.Under the background of the weakening of credibility of government statistics,it is more urgent and important to enhance the quality of data management and improve the quality of data.The research object of this paper is the quality management of the data of Quangang residents’ income and expenditure statistical survey.This article from the survey the present situation of quality management of data,specific analysis to visit family system,business training,data audit,evaluation system of data quality management measures,and points out the current management system to implement multi block there to visit family,business training system is not strong,the audit data is easily affected by subjective factors,the assessment system is not perfect other issues,to further explore the data quality management problem is due to imperfect statistical investigation system method,the grass-roots status and statistical requirements do not match,the households surveyed with the degree is not high,due to administrative intervention and other factors at the same time,learn from the advanced experience of domestic income and expenditure survey data quality management,accordingly from the investigation system optimization method,improve the survey with the degree,improve income and expenditure survey data capacity and service level,the residents balance system Based on the survey data quality management optimization strategy,we hope to provide some theoretical and practical support for improving the residents’ income and expenditure statistical survey and even the government statistical data quality management.
