Research On The Of Improving Of Household Survey Data Quality Optimizing Management Strategy

Urban-rural integration household survey(abbreviated as household survey)is a special statistical survey designed to meet the needs of objectively monitoring the income distribution pattern of residents and the quality of life of residents at different income levels,and to better meet the needs of formulating urban and rural overall planning policies and livelihood policies.In recent years,some important statistical index data of household survey such as "PCDI","PCLE" and "Engel’s coefficient" have been paid more and more attention by the public.People think that the official data are inconsistent with the objective reality,their own income is "average","increased".The data do not reflect high house prices and living costs.In the face of these doubts,government statistics departments have not come up with enough feasible measures to convince the public and consolidate the credibility of statistics.Therefore,how to strengthen the quality management of household survey data,improve the quality of statistical data,is a topic worthy of studying.Based on case study,interview and the analysis framework of total quality management,this paper divides the data quality management of household survey in Longgang into three stages: survey sample establishment and maintenance management,survey data collection and process management,survey data audit and evaluation management,to analyzes the problems and causes of data quality management in Longgang with data interpretability,accuracy and authenticity.It is found that the management strategies of methods and systems design,human resource mangement,administrative jurisdiction,financial and material resources have far-reaching influence on the quality of household survey data.On the basis of reason analysis,literature research and interviews with the participants in Longgang household survey,I put forward the optimization management strategy for the three stages of survey sample establishment and maintenance,survey data collection and process,survey data audit and evaluation,which covers the aspects of method system design optimization,strengthening participants management,improving data audit and evaluation,so as to improve the quality of household survey data in Longgang and consolidate statistical credibility.To sum up,this paper studies the optimization of management strategy to improve the quality of household survey data in Longgang,which is helpful to enrich the empirical research materials on the data quality management of government statistical departments and enhance the credibility of statistics.It is of great significance to introduce the idea of total quality management into the data quality management of government statistical departments in the future.
