| In view of the development of new towns in China,the state has promulgated relevant plans,and there are also definite requirements in the 13 th Five-Year plan.With the development of the city,people pay more and more attention to the human development of the city,break through the original planning of urban development,and on this basis have a deeper research.This is of great significance for the sustainable development of the city and the promotion of the value of the city brand.In addition,from the point of view of the academic circle,there are more studies on the continuity of the city and the construction of the humanities,and all walks of life are paying more attention to this aspect.The article first discusses the related connotation of the context and the related theories of public management,and takes Yiwu as a case to analyze the connotation,characteristics,current situation and problems of the context of Yiwu city.After the rapid economic development in Yiwu,the continuity of the context appears some questions,mainly manifested in the natural environment being broken.Bad,poor city style,historical remains damaged,traditional street and lane confusion,regional culture weakening,and so on.Further research found that the government has some problems in the continuity management of the context,mainly including:the first is the lack of contextual extension of government management concepts,the second is the imperfect management system,the third is the lack of scientific urban planning,the fourth is the imperfections of laws and regulations,the fifth is less investment,and the sixth is the lack of public participation.Finally,the article gives corresponding countermeasures and recommendations from the aspects of changing government governance concepts,improving government management mechanisms,scientifically compiling urban planning,perfecting legal and regulatory systems,improving financial security systems,and attracting participation of social forces. |
