Action Select Of Benefit Expression Of Self-employed In The Urban Renewal

The "Reform and Opening-up" policy has had a dramatic impact on China's economy,allowing the country to enter an era of rapid development. Meanwhile, the urbanization inChina is also developing rapidly. Urban reconstruction is a complicated and large projectwhich is always the focus in the urbanization process. The dismantled, involved in the urbanreconstruction process, are including community residents, urban villagers and self-employed.The community residents and urban villagers can obtain corresponding compensation;however, the self-employed are ignored at the same time. The self-employed have beenalways making a worthwhile construction to the economic development, unfortunately, theurban reconstruction bring a directly damage to their benefit. In fact, the benefit of theself-employed in the urban reconstruction is not only related to their welfare but also relatedto the country's development and stability.This article, which is based on the investigation in S city and combined with sociology,takes some typical cases to discuss the benefit expression of self-employed and find out whatmostly effect the benefit expression of self-employed.This article is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction which includes thebackground, significance, article frame, theoretical foundation and research method. Thesecond part introduces the behavior selection in the benefit expression of self-employed in theprocess of urban reconstruction. It mainly includes two types, the first one is absolutelyobedient whatever from the behavioral and psychological aspect, and the other is obedientbehaviorally but discontent from psychology and words. The third part is based on the Spiralof Silence Theory to analyze the behavior logic of keeping silent in the benefit expression.The fourth part discusses the behavior limit of benefit expression of self-employed in theurban reconstruction. The fifth part is finding out the social problems which lead to thisphenomenon. And the main problems mainly include less input of government, lack of mediaattention and the violation Private Right suffered from Public Power in the process of urbanreconstruction. The sixth part is the conclusion.
