| The sub-culture of the youth group is an important part of the youth culture,which makes up for the shortcomings of the mainstream culture on campus and has important influence on the outlook on life,values and world view of the youth.However,the secondary vocational students group is a group of special youth sub-culture group that is labeled as bad.In order to guide the middle vocational group,improve the sub-culture of the middle vocational group,and prevent the formation of the sub-culture,social workers used the methods of peer group and supported by student community,carried out three rounds of action research in the S vocational high school in Wuhan.The first round of action research is mainly based on the school needs-oriented leadership training services,and finally under the leadership of the leadership of the student community has a prototype,in the middle school students to have some impact.To consolidate the results of the last round of services and to continue to increase the influence of the community in the secondary vocational students ’community,social workers have developed community development groups that are oriented towards the needs of the community.As a result of the second round of action,the influence of student associations in the secondary vocational group has been further enhanced,but the scope has yet to be expanded.Social workers integrate the experience of the first two rounds of action and conduct the third round of action research in the light of the actual needs of the clients to help the groups of secondary vocational students build their own culture.Under the efforts of a series of actions,the sub-culture of the secondary vocational students with high grades has been improved to some extent.At the same time,the author conducts research and analysis on the course of action through observation,interview and questionnaire,and concludes: first,the social worker from the dominant angle of view,uses his own professional methods and techniques to fully tap the potential of the vocational students,enhances the comprehensive quality and ability of the middle vocational students,improves the sub-culture of the middle vocational students,and makes the sub-culture play a positive role.Secondly,social workers serve secondary students through the professional approach of peer group work.In the course of practice,social workers try to combine peer group with the professional approach of case,group and community,which promotes the achievement of service objectives and innovates and expands the service model of school social work.Third,social workers use action studies to evaluate the needs and feedback of their clients,and then adjust the next cycle to gradually complete each cycle in an incremental manner.Although the social work service ended,the research did not end.Action research is the practical process of the action plan.This paper aims to provide new research ideas for the expansion of the social work service model and service content,and does not provide the theoretical basis for the social work practice process. |
