Peer relationship mainly refers to a kind of interpersonal relationship established and developed in the proeess of communieation between individuals with similar age or the same level of psychological development.Firstly,good peer relationships can help individuals reduce loneliness and adapt to school learming and life as soon as possible.Secondly,good peer relationships helps individuals have higher peer acceptance,and promote individuals to establish stable friendship.Thirdly,good peer relationships helps individuals improve themselves and promote better social development of individuals.The development of peer relationships on student campuses is receiving increasing attention.Among them,the peer relationship of secondary vocational school students is an important factor affecting their study and life.At present,positive psychology theory is widely used.Positive psychology advocates from a positive perspective to find and cultivate individual positive advantages,increase positive emotional experience,cultivate optimistic interpretation style,and build a positive organizational environment.Positive psychology provides a new perspective for peer-to-peer intervention,and can refer positive psychology to the development of peer relationships and intervention practice in secondary vocational students.Based on the perspective of positive psychology theory,this study explored the factors affecting the companion relationship of secondary vocational students,and designs the group counseling activities to enrich the implementation of the peer relationship intervention of secondary vocational students.The subject of this study is a secondary vocational student at a vocational high school in Hangzhou.Based on the theory of positive psychology and the theory of peer relationship,the research 1 formulated the "Interview Outline of Peer Relationships of Secondary Vocational Schools",which was stratified by two grades of high school,and 63 middle vocational students.The peer relationship conducts individual interviews to understand the status of the peer relationship of the secondary vocational students;and the interview data is used to extract and sort out the factors that influence the peer relationship of the secondary vocational students.On the basis of Study 1,Study 2 developed an active group counseling intervention program under the guidance of positive psychology theory.A total of 3 3 5 Peer Relations Scales were randomly distributed throughout the school,and 30 low-level peers and high-level peer-fear inferiority students were screened and divided into experimental and control groups,and 15 of the experimental group.Students implement group counseling interventions.In the process of intervention,the "companion relationship scale,test before and after the intervention in the experimental group and the control group,and the interview and observation records of the vocational students in the experimental group before and after the group counseling intervention.The qualitative material of the experiment group was analyzed.The interview results show that the companion relationship of the secondary vocational students needs more attention at this stage.This interview summarizes the main factors such as self-awareness,peer cognition,teacher and parent's expectation and evaluation,interpretation style and class communication environment.The peer relationship of secondary vocational students develops healthily.The results of the intervention showed that under the guidance of positive psychology theory,through the group counseling interventions of self-cognition,peer cognition,interpretation style and social skills training,the peer group acceptance level of the experimental group was significantly increased.The level of fear inferiority is reduced,and activity satisfaction and effect evaluation are better.It shows that positive psychology theory has a positive effect on the companion relationship of seeondary vocational students.Finally,this study starts from the perspective of secondary vocational students and schools,and strives to find effective ways to improve the companion relationship of secondary vocational students.Thinking based on improving the peer relationship of secondary vocational students from the perspective of positive psychology can be applied to practice and open up a new educational model for school mental health education.
