Peer group interaction is a necessity in moral construction of vocational students. The thesis focuses on the issues and direction of vocational students'peer interaction. Firstly, from the perspective of cognitive communication, emotional communication, communication methods and communication behaviors, the thesis illustrates the misunderstanding issues on peer group interaction among vocational students, also the misbehavior contributed by this, such as the heavy stress from peers, the problems of contact in reality and after being over-exposed to the open communication environment, juveniles are affected to commit crimes. What is more, the thesis demonstrates the inner and external cause of peer group formation, progress and genesis. In view of inner cause, the constant reformation and complex construction of peer group, added immature and fragile state of mind, leads to the grey area of cognitive communication and misbehavior. From the perspective of external cause, in view of macro and micro way, the paper analyzes the incorrect guide offered by complicated external atmosphere on vocational students. At last, the thesis offers educational methods on issues of peer group interaction of vocational students. In attitude of direction, vocational students should be concluded into school educational system. In light of educational methods, after comprehensively researching on the features and kinds of peer group, there would be systematic steps of direction system, which considers the students'union and Communist Youth League as nucleus, innovates the guiding methods, and exerts the effect of mentor system to the most. In light of mental health education, through psychological tutorial in class form, directs correct personals concept and constructs harmonious and healthy school atmosphere. In light of specific jobs, renovates various direction methods, which solves the peer interaction problems and promotes the healthy and orderly environment among vocational students.
