The age of the secondary vocational students is between 14 and 16 on average,which is the golden age of seeking for knowledge,shaping individual consciousness and transforming from immaturity to maturity.However,the problem of interpersonal communication has disturbed many students.And through the analysis of the existing data,we can clearly know that the situation is not optimistic.According to the psychological investigation to more than 3000 secondary vocational students by the Chinese psychological society,the data shows that there are about 31%students who have the problem of human communication.We know that the interpersonal relationships built in secondary period can lay a good foundation for students' lifetime development.But the secondary vocational students are those who were failures of secondary school entrance examination or college entrance examination.They have a poor ability of telling right from wrong or self-control,meanwhile they also have a poor habits of studying and living.People always call them problem students.Compared with other teenagers,the secondary vocational students have more serious problems during interpersonal communicating which have been caused by a lot of factors,such as family,school,society and so on.During the internship in a vocational school of Xi'an,the author,as a substitute teacher,has found that students indeed have some problems about interpersonal communication when she got along with them.Later on,she did some researches and got the factors influencing students' interpersonal communication when she discussed with head teachers,other substitute teachers and students' affairs division.These students who feel easily self-abasement,testiness or difficult to control their emotions almost come from special family.The author used the methods of participating type to choose the research objects.This issue will mainly discuss how to use team work methods to solve subjects' problems during interpersonal communicating so that they can get along well with peers and better enter the society.This paper includes three parts.The first is introduction which consists mostly of research background,research purpose,meaning and innovation,literature review,research ideas and methods,theory basis and definition of concept.The second part mainly introduces the preparing work,the process of intervening and evaluation.The third part is about the conclusion and reflection of the whole survey.In sum,from the perspective of social work,this research tries to use team work as the main method to go into students' life,deeply understand students' problems of interpersonal communication in practice,find the factors causing the problems and finally design right team activities to improve subjects' interpersonal skills.
