Taking the top 16 athletes in the men's and women's 10,000 meters races in the 2013,2015,and 2017 world championships as the research subjects,through literature,expert interviews,video observation,comparative analysis,and mathematical statistics,It provides theoretical basis for future scientific training and competition,enriches the theoretical system of speed rhythm,and optimizes the speed rhythm model.It lays a practical foundation for the speed pace of Chinese athletes and provides basis and guidance for training and competition.The results show:1.In the 2013,2015 and 2017 World Championships for men and women in the 10,000-meter race,among the 16 athletes and 96 athletes in each competition,5 types of speed rhythms were used.The frequency of use is as follows: Passive velocity rhythm,positivity velocity rhythm,variability velocity rhythm,parabolic linear velocity rhythm,and uniform velocity rhythm.2.The speed rhythm of the world's excellent 10,000-meter men's athletes is as follows: The full-speed rhythm is characterized by the rapid start-up phase of the start-up phase,the constant speed as far as possible,and the sprint phase.The specific performance of the first 2,000 meters as the starting stage,most athletes have been adjusted at this stage,in the middle of the 2000 meters to 7000 meters,most of the athletes strive to maintain a constant speed,7000 meters into the sprint phase.The speed rhythm of the world's excellent 10,000-meter women's athletes is as follows: The full-speed rhythm of the woman is a quick start in the starting stage,starts to decelerate after 5,000 meters,and accelerates for the first time.There is a clear acceleration after 9000 meters.The specific performance is for the first 5,000 meters.Most athletes accelerate at this stage,maintain the speed from 5,000 meters to 9000 meters,and enter the sprint phase after 9000 meters.3.In the six games,there are three kinds of speed cadences during the start-up phase,namely negativity speed rhythm,uniform speed rhythm and positivity speed rhythm.In the mid-course rhythm,there are two kinds of speed rhythms: uniform speed rhythm and negative speed rhythm;There are two kinds of speed tempo in the sprint phase,namely,positivity speed tempo and negativity speed tempo.4.From the perspective of full-speed rhythm,the most used type of rhythm for both male and female athletes is the negative speed rhythm,that is,the low speed start,the midway stage to maintain the speed,the sprint stage full sprint,but in the same game,the speed rhythm used by the men's athletes There are fewer types than women athletes;From the point of view of the speed and rhythm of each section,the men's athletes generally completed the initial phase of acceleration within 2,000 meters,while the women's athletes required a longer acceleration distance,which was completed within about 3,000 meters.During the middle period,men's athletes are more stable and their ability to maintain speed is stronger than that of women athletes.In the sprint phase,men's athletes have stronger sprinting ability,shorter sprint distances,and absolute sprint speed to achieve the ultimate goal of sprinting,which also shows that the men's athletes are more competitive.However,women's athletes have a longer acceleration distance in the early stages,and their ability to increase speed is not as strong as that of men's.It is because of the increase in distance to enhance their sprinting ability.Usually in the midway,the distance has been stretched,so the competition is not as strong as that of male athletes.5.The world's excellent 10,000-meter men's athletes are in the eighth,ninth and tenth stages of the competition.That is,after 7000 meters,it is a crucial period for the men's athletes to improve their ranks,and it is also the period for determining the outcome of the games.The important stages of the world's 10,000-meter women's athletes are the seventh,eighth and ninth stages of the game.That is,after 6,000 meters,it is a crucial period for women players to improve their ranks,and it is also a crucial period for determining the outcome.Excellent men's 10,000-meter athletes,the ideal type of speed rhythm is the negative speed rhythm,the speed rhythm in the entire process is manifested as low-speed start,maintains a uniform speed in the middle,and sprints in the final sprint stage;the sprint distance is short;excellent female 10,000-meter athlete,The ideal type of speed rhythm is the negative speed rhythm.The speed rhythm of the entire process is manifested as low speed start,mid-speed use of speed change,speed fluctuation,sprint speed increase slowly,and the acceleration distance in the early stage is longer.
