Sprint is a periodic exercise in which human organs complete maximum intensity under anaerobic metabolism.Among them,100 m and 200 m are the most symbolic sprints,but in essence they are quite different.The final result of sprint mainly depends on the athlete's acceleration ability and the length of time to maintain the maximum speed.The 200 m race is the "flying race" with the highest speed in the true sense.In recent years,under the policy of being a strong country in sports,China's sprint events,especially the 110 m hurdles,100 m and 200 m,have gradually reached the world level,but there is still a gap between China and the world's highest level in international competitions.The research object of this paper is the speed parameters of each segment in the 200 m run of Xie Zhenye and Bolt.In the 200 m race,they are the record holders of China and the world respectively.Based on the performance of the gold challenge in Osaka of Xie Zhenye IAAF and the world championship in Berlin of Bort,Germany,this paper analyzes the speed variation difference between the two athletes during the 200-meter run.This paper mainly uses image analysis and other research methods.By comparing the relevant data of the two athletes,this paper finds out the advantages and disadvantages of Xie Zhenye and provides a new reference basis for the training of the 200-meter race in Xie Zhenye and China.The conclusion is as follows:1.The speed variation curve of the world's outstanding 200-meter runners is mainly of "single peak type".China's Xie Zhenye is characterized by "double peaks" and its running speed fluctuates greatly throughout the course.Bolt,on the other hand,is characterized by a "single peak type" with little fluctuation in running speed.It shows that Bolt's velocity curve is more reasonable and effective.2.Based on the reaction time statistics of Xie Zhenye and Bolt in many competitions,this paper concludes that there is no significant difference between the two athletes.This shows that Xie Zhenye's starting response has reached the world-class level,but its stability still needs to be strengthened.3.In the acceleration phase,Xie Zhenye's short-distance acceleration ability is stronger than Bolt's.However,Bolt's sustained acceleration distance is longer and the deceleration is not obvious.4.At the maximum speed stage,the acceleration distance of Xie Zhenye is shorter,the running speed on the way lags behind Bolt,and the speed changes greatly.Bolt's speed has little fluctuation and shows an upward trend.5.In the speed endurance stage,Xie Zhenye continued to accelerate actively in the later stages,with strong sprint ability.Bolt decelerated later and the deceleration was not obvious.At the stage of speed endurance,Xie Zhenye's sprint technique has reached the world-class level.
