The 800-meter race is a physical activity-oriented sport that requires athletes to have high levels of speed,endurance,and strength.Compared with the 1990 s,the women's 800-meter performance in China has shown a downward trend in recent years,and there is a certain gap with the international top level.Research shows that the level of speed and strength of Chinese women's 800-meter athletes is far from the top international players.At present,there is more research on the athletes' stamina quality in this project,and there is less research on speed quality and strength.The study on the effect of combined strength training on the speed quality of young female 800-meter athletes is of little concern.This study mainly focuses on the effect of combined strength training in different sequences of jump depth and squat on the speed quality of adolescent women's 800-meter athletes,and explores whether there are differences in the effect of two different sequential combination trainings.In this study,we use literature,experiment and mathematical statistics to search the relevant literature through relevant websites,such as CNKI,Wanfang Digital Resources,Chinese Reading in Chinese Reading,EBSCO database and so on,and collect relevant theoretical basis and organize.16 young female 800 meters athletes of high-level reserve talents training base of Henan province middle-long-distance running project were chosen and divided into two groups and used different sequential diving and squat strength training for 9-week experiment.Before and after the experiment Respectively,the test,the test results were analyzed to draw the conclusion:(1)According to the experimental study of 9 weeks,it concluded that in the short term,the speed,strength and speed indexes of the 800-meter athletes of young women and their sensitivities Indicators were significantly improved.It can be seen that short-term diving and squatting strength training has a positive effect on the reaction speed,movement speed and acceleration speed,maximum speed and holding ability and speed endurance of young women's 800 meters athletes.(2)In the two groups of athletes,the A group of athletes through the implementation of advanced diving training and then squat training,the experimental indicators of 30 meters run,50 meters run,100 meters run,set long jump,after throwing solid Ball and T-test improved more than Group B athletes.Moreover,this training combination is more effective in improving the reaction speed,the movement speed and the acceleration speed,the maximum speed and the holding ability of young women 800 meters athletes.(3)The performance of Group B athletes improved by 400 m than that of Group A athletes after the combination strength training of advanced squat training and deep diving training.Squat training before diving training combined strength training for young women's 800 meters athletes to improve the speed and endurance effect.(4)Through 9 weeks of experimental training,the scores of the two groups of athletes have been significantly improved,and the difference between the two groups of athletes is not big.Two sequential combinations of deep diving and squat strength training can promote their special achievements by increasing the speed ability of 800-meter athletes for young girls.Therefore,the two kinds of sequential diving and squatting combined strength training have a positive impact on the special performance of the juvenile 800 meters athletes.It is suggested that in the daily training of the young women's 800 meters athletes,the performance of speed quality can be improved by applying the combination of deep jump and squat strength training,and the different combination sequences are selected according to the speed of different manifestations.
