Since physics is an experiment-based natural science,the new curriculum standard has specific requirements on the experimental ability of physics for high school students.However,during teaching,it is found that,when students solve physical experiment questions,their unclear thinking and inappropriate solving methods cause their rather low scores and correct rate lower than 50%.In order to find out the primary cause of high school students' difficulties in solving experiment questions,the contents,types and capability requirements of the physics experiments in college entrance examinations from 2013 to 2017 are systematically recorded and analyzed.Meanwhile,students are tested with the physics experiments questions in college entrance examinations.After that,students are interviewed separately,and teachers have a congregate discussion.After the causes of the difficulties are determined,some orienting suggestions in both studying and teaching are given and put into effect.The study fruit obtained in Luxi No.1 Middle School will be helpful to counter the difficulties in solving physical experiment questions of students not only in Luxi but also in other border areas in China.The main study points are as follow:the reason of subject selection and the background are introduced.acting as the backbone of the subject,the concept and related theories of difficulties in solving questions and difficulties in solving physical experiment questions are stated.the question types,contents,level of innovation and capabilities required of the physics experiments questions in college entrance examinations under new curriculum standard are recorded and analyzed.the students in Luxi No.1 Middle School are tested with the physics experiments questions in college entrance examinations.Meanwhile,the students and the teachers are interviewed.After that the results are analyzed,the causes resulting in the difficulties for high school students in solving physical experiment questions are found out.the solutions to the difficulties in solving physical experiment questionsare provided.the solutions are practically acted in teaching,and the teaching results are evaluated.According to the evaluation,the effectiveness of these solutions is demonstrated.
