The aim of the paper is to give the senior-middle school students the instructions of theory and practice to solve the mathematical problems give full plat to the initiative of the individuals and contact among them and adhere to the basic idea of the constructivism and humanism.The ability to solve the mathematical problems for the senior middle school students must be got by thinking and experiencing the process of solving the questions and by adjusting by themselves. The measures to let the students master the tactics of solving mathematical problems are: First, Lay stress on the teaching of thought process so as to do problem-solving-strategy training aimly. Second, strengthen the training of solving the same problem with different methods and broadness of thinking. Third, pay attention to the effect of the knowledge characterization on the students'reading and solving problems. Fourth, attach importance to the meta-cognitive experience of solving problems and enhance the training of reflection after solving them. Fifth, value the cultivation of non-intellectual factors, such as feelings, attitudes and habits. Sixth, heighten the awareness of teaching in a mathematical way and enhance the teaching of problem-solving strategies in the application problems.As a theory of knowledge, constructivism has aroused great concern in the cognitive area and produce great effect on education. It is one of the basic theory of reforming the traditional teaching theory. In the theory, knowledge is not got by being taught, but got by learners under certain conditions, aids and sources, and got by means of constructing a meaningful structure. It changes the traditional educational theory, that is, learning is not subordinate to teaching, but more important than teaching An important task of maths teaching is to teach the students how to solve mathematical problem and how to think mathematical questions using mathematical thinking, but mostly in some particular ways. The aim of the paper is to analyze the factors that influence the students'ability to solve the problems, and give some advice on math teaching.
