It is of great significance to set up science courses in primary schools to enhance students' scientific knowledge,improve their scientific practical ability and cultivate their scientific literacy.In the primary school science class,the student should study through the cooperation ability,the inquiry ability and the expression ability.But the traditional teaching method has certain limitation to the primary school science class teaching.In practical scientific research,more projects are carried out.Therefore,this study applies Project-Based Learning to the teaching of the lower section of the primary school,and explores the teaching design and practical application of the Low section Science course Project-Based Learning.This paper studies the primary school science class and the present situation of teaching.On the basis of carding research on the related theories of project learning,this paper puts forward the teaching exploration and practice Project-Based Learning in the Low section Science course of primary school.The research takes the project learning as the teaching model,analyzes the elementary school low section science curriculum standard and the teaching content as well as the elementary school student's cognition present situation,has made the design and the practice to the elementary school science curriculum based on the Project study project design principle,the operation flow.Select Kunming HongQi Primary School for sample schools.In the first-grade science class "plant" teaching unit project content,carried on the project design and the project implementation,and carried on the preliminary appraisal to the implementation effect.The research and practice results show that the application of the teaching method of project learning in the lower section of primary school can obviously improve the students' interest in science,and effectively train the students ' ability of inquiry,cooperation and expression.This study is helpful to the elementary school science teachers in the lower section of the science curriculum teaching.
