The new round of basic education curriculum reform in China aims to promote the overall development of every student,and has an important influence on social progress and individual development.With the change of learners’ learning methods,teachers’ teaching methods and evaluation methods should also be adjusted.However,reviewing student learning assessment in the current classroom teaching has the following problems: First,it pays attention to the evaluation of learning results,ignoring the analysis of the learning process;Second,it pays attention to the memory of knowledge,ignoring the development of thinking ability;Third,it pays attention to paper and pen testing methods,neglect learning performance;Fourth,it pays attention to external evaluation,and neglect the interactive evaluation between teachers and students.Therefore,through the evaluation of student learning performance,students will learn to learn,learn to do things,learn to express,and ultimately improve student learning ability.Student learning assessment focuses on the evaluation of the learning process and the guidance and assistance for learning performance.Student learning assessment relies on performance-based learning.Performance-based learning is a process in which students reflect their own thinking process and thinking state on the learning record,and teacher according to the students’ learning state,collect resources,carry out reviews and timely promote teaching.Therefore,student learning performance is not only the basis for assessment student learning,but also the starting point of classroom teaching.Both student learning assessment and performance-based learning are reflected and implemented in the classroom teaching of performance-based teaching.The concern of student learning performance is not only the evaluation dimension of students’ learning evaluation,but also the direction of students’ learning ability and the specific performance of students’ learning ability.It is necessary to change the traditional way of evaluation by the way of inquiry and construction-oriented learning.Performance evaluation,starting from the students’ standpoint,is a kind of performance-based,growth-reporting,knowledge-based,performance-based evaluation approach.This assessment method emphasizes that students show their grasp of knowledge through learning works,and they have the characteristics of holistic thinking,diversification of evaluation methods,and diversification of evaluation subjects.The evaluation tools used in the performance evaluation mainly include the learning records,the grades of academic works,and the archives of academic works.Assessment methods and tools are the carrier and explicit expression of student learning performance.The evaluation aimed at promoting student learning ability is designed in terms of learning objectives and learning tasks.Learning goals need to be completed through a series of learning tasks,and the design of learning tasks should reflect the diversity of subjects.Students stand design learning tasks in classroom based on performance standards to achieve transformation,from interactive learning resources,learning resources and feedback two aspects of comments with a lot of teaching cases in detail how to guide the students to learn,learning evaluation to promote classroom teaching.In the performance-based classroom,through the interaction and evaluation of teachers,students and students,it is beneficial to the improvement of student learning ability.Students not only have the ability to acquire knowledge,but also learn the methods and strategies for acquiring knowledge,and they have perseverance in learning.
