A Comparative Study On The Demands Of Sports Venues In Urban Primary And Secondary Schools And The Stakeholders Of Social Sharing

This paper USES the method of literature,questionnaire,statistical comparison,inductive deduction,and the theory of stakeholders to identify the stakeholders in the process of sports venues and social sharing in urban primary and secondary schools in China,and identifies four core stakeholders: Residents,schools,sports department and education department,the city school sports and social sharing the interests of stakeholders,the research on the questionnaires in 11 provinces four core stakeholders in the construction of open,open open funds,security system,management subject,way of open access,open venues open type,object,charges,open time,opening promotional incentives ten sorts of comparing interests in hope that this article can coordinate the school sports and social sharing of stakeholder interests conflict.Study showed that the residents to help schools venues and social sharing measures demands intense,for how to manage the school sports venues and social sharing and social sharing process and school after all involves the security demand is relatively strong,in addition to the school sports department venue Shared with social demands,also in the school open funds and security shows strong appeal,as a school by the department of education directly under the superior departments for Shared with school campus and social security related issues after the appeals are more strongly.So this article proposed according to different square interest appeal residents,schools,sports department,education department should conduct mutual interests integration,two coordinate path,put forward the proposal: the relevant government departments should introduce a unified management system,to develop school sports venues open time,space,charging methods,security system,establish publicity reward incentive mechanism of policy system,from the beginning to the end,the principle of open,standardized management mechanism,operation mechanism and guarantee mechanism,strengthening inspection and supervision to ensure the effective implementation of the policy;In residents,schools,education and sports departments between four sides should be clear responsibilities,rights and benefits,let open rules-based,orderly development,take advantage of our power of the government's system,the responsibility main body,the content of responsibility,accountability and integrity management,to ensure that the segmentation by market management the management of public goods,use,usufruct and responsibility is the unity of;To clarify the service concept,improve the management level,and ensure the normal provision of public services in school sports venues.
