Objective: Jumping action is the basic teaching content of track and field teaching,standing long jump has become a compulsory project in the physical fitness test,physical education and sports college entrance examination in senior high school.Standing long jump performance is closely related to technical movements or sports equipment.Jump shoes play an important role in the standing long jump,more and more manufacturers take this opportunity to launch all kinds of jump shoes.The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of different brands of jump shoes on jumping items.Through the one-way ANOVA analysis of the relevant kinetic indexes,it is tested whether the jumping shoes are in line with the manufacturers' commercial propaganda and trying to provide the basis for the candidates to choose the test jumping shoes.Methods:In this paper,12 male students of physical education major in Ningbo University Physical Education Institute(age: 20±0.89 years old,height: 1.77±0.43 meters,weight: 68.93±4.05 kg)were selected as subjects,which were required to have normal morphological function,no motility disorders and within 3 months before the experiment without history of lower limb injury.Subjects were wearing Hills brand jump shoes,Do-win jump shoe,leap jump shoes jumping(sj and cmj)in the Kistler Quattro Jump system.Kistler three-dimensional test platform for standing long jump experiment.Vertical jump experiments can get the force-time,velocity-time,height-time and power-time data curve.The peak force,average force,the friction coefficient of the shoe and the starting reaction time were obtained in the standing long jump experiments.Finally,using Excel,Spss17.0 and other software to collate the test results,statistical analysis.The test results were analyzed by single factor variance analysis,the significance level was set at 0.05.Results:1.In the squat jump experiment,three kinds of jumping shoes in the maximum velocity,peak force,vertical jump height,vertical jump power index on pairwise comparisons were not significant difference.However,the vertical jump height of Hills was 48.53 ± 3.40(cm),and the vertical jump height of Do-win was 46.69±2.37(cm).There was a significant difference(P <0.01)),The maximum speed of Hills is 2.79±0.11(m/s)and the maximum speed of Do-win is 2.75±0.11(m / s).There is significant difference between them(P <0.05).2.In the counter movement jump experiment,do-win brand jumping shoes with leap jumping shoes has a very significant difference(P < 0.01)on the average power and on the inverse depth exists significant difference(P < 0.05).Three jumping shoes in the maximum velocity,peak force,vertical jump height were not significant difference.3.In the squat jump and counter movement experiment,The maximum power,average power in the order from large to small,showing consistency,followed by Hills,Leap,Do-win.Hills work best Leap second,the Do-win brand is relatively weak.4.In the standing long jump experiment,three kinds of jumping shoes above the peak force,average force,the friction coefficient of the shoe and the starting reaction time were not significant difference.Conclusion and recommendations:1.In most of the test indicators,there is no significant difference between the three jump shoes.Hills did not like their product introduction can effectively improve the standing long jump and vertical jump performance.2.For the candidates to choose shoes,due to the Hills,Do-win,leap jump shoes no comparison between any two differences,failed to show the ability to improve performance,can be used for standing long jump test.If you choose one of the three jump shoes,it is recommended Hills jump shoes;considering the cost-effective recommendations can choose leap jump shoes for daily training.3.Mastery of the technical movements played an important role in improving the performance of sports.In order to improve the standing long jump,from the strengthening of the lower extremity strength training and technical action swing arm,pedal,and the air to stand up and other aspects of training to start.
