In order to carry out campus football activities in depth and effectively improve the level and quality of youth soccer activities in China,the Ministry of Education and the State General Administration of Sports pointed out in the “Opinions on Strengthening the Work of Youth Youth Campus Football” jointly released on February 28,2013.The development of campus football activities should help young students to grow up healthily.Campus football activities have been carried out for many years since its development.However,there are still many problems in its development.The main reason is that the supervision and evaluation of the effectiveness of campus football is not timely and effective.Therefore,the establishment of a set of reasonable evaluation system for the effectiveness of campus soccer plays an extremely important role in the sustained and healthy development of campus football.This article analyzes and learns from the perspective of education policy.Based on the understanding of the relevant research results of the evaluation of the implementation of educational policy in China,it introduces its research methods and research ideas into the evaluation of “campus football” activities,which is helpful to many aspects.,more in-depth,comprehensive and accurate evaluation of "campus football" implementation.This study used literature,questionnaires,and Delphi.First,through a questionnaire survey of 51 primary and secondary schools in Shenzhen,we found out what happened in each school's campus football and what deficiencies existed in its development.Second,we built a campus football evaluation system through three rounds of questionnaire surveys and expert surveys.Three dimensions of physics-affairs-human management carry out research on the factors affecting the quality of sports talent education in primary and secondary schools.Three primary indicators,12 secondary indicators and 52 tertiary indicators,and 3 primary indicator weights are identified.The order is: "human dimension indicators","affective dimension indicators","physical dimension indicators." Among them,the weight coefficient of the dimension of the dimension of human management index is the largest,which indicates that the attitudes and cognition of the relevant players in the promotion of campus soccer are the key to promoting the popularization and improvement of campus soccer.Secondly,12 secondary indicators were identified.The weights of the first four indicators were: “student attitude,” “teacher cognition,”“activity funding,” and “teachers.” This indicates that during the development of campus football activities,students recognize Knowledge and teacher cognition are particularly important for the effectiveness of campus soccer activities.Finally,through an empirical analysis of the national characteristics of football schools,to understand its advantages and disadvantages in the development of campus football activities,from the three aspects of physics,affair,and rationale,put forward the scientific development of campus football activities,to develop campus football for the country's primary and secondary schools.The activity proposes proposals for a scientific development approach to lay a solid foundation for improving the quality and level of the development of youngsters' campus football activities in China,and promoting adolescents' healthy growth.
