With the continuous development of society and the reform and perfection of educational system,the professional development of kindergarten teachers has become a major issue of concern to the society.How to improve the professional literacy of kindergarten teachers has becoming the focus of the society.Pedagogical Content Knowledge is the core of promoting preschool teachers' professional quality.Kindergarten teachers' professional quality is inseparable from her pre-service education level,and kindergarten teachers' pre-service training should be paid more attention to.This paper researches the focus on preschool education major students? Mathematics Pedagogical Content Knowledge(MPCK).It uses the research paradigm of quality-integrated,and specific adopts the ways of questionnaires and interviews to investigate the students majoring in preschool education from three kinds of pre-employment training schools(one undergraduate university,one higher vocational college,and one secondary vocational college),3 teaching teachers from colleges and 4 kindergarten school.The main research questions include: 1.What is the Mathematics Pedagogical Content Knowledge(MPCK)level for preschool education major students with different academic qualifications? Is there any difference? 2.How do preschool education major students acquire the Mathematics Pedagogical Content Knowledge? How is the course set up? How do the teachers act in the class? It also involves some other issues:1.What are the problems in the development of the Mathematics Pedagogical Content Knowledge for preschool education major students? 2.What are the requirements of kindergartens for the teachers who are at the beginning of the new kindergarten teachers in the mathematics teaching field? What is the lack of the new teachers? What knowledge and abilities should the new teachers have in the field of mathematics at the pre-service stage? 3.What strategies can effectively promote the development of preschool education major students' mathematics teaching knowledge in order to meet the practical needs of kindergarten mathematics teaching?Through research,it is found that the MPCK level of preschool education major students is at a general or limited level of understanding.The highest MPCK score for preschool education major students is “content knowledge,” and the lowest score is “pedagogical knowledge”.The MPCK level of preschool education major students did not show a significant difference in the “whether the first choice of enrollment is or not”;while there was significant difference in “educated level” and “direction after graduation”.Based on this,the author investigates the present situation of pre-service training schools from the aspects of professional concept,professional knowledge and professional ability,curriculum setting and educational practice,and analyzes the existing problems,aiming at introspection on the the expectation of kindergartens for the preschool education major students and the issue of pre-service training schools.
