This study, based on concluding and summarizing the research status of vocational teacher training needs, focuses on the preschool education specialty teachers in secondary vocational school of Hebei Province. Literature analysis method, questionnaire method and interview are adopted in this study. From the aspects of the training content, training forms, trainers, training time, training expenses, training examination mode, we can understand the present situations and requirements of teacher training in secondary vocational preschool education major.This paper suggests taking effective measures to optimize the training : in the aspect of the content,setting up the training content system which combines elective courses with compulsory course to make the content of the training rich and diverse; in the aspect of trainers, building the training team including expert professors and teachers in classroom which can effectively interact to carry out the training of trainers; for training mechanisms, restricting the supervision mechanism of training, innovating the incentive mechanism, normalizing the assessment mechanisms of the training. In addition, enriching the training forms, predicting and tracing the training demands, formulating a scientific training plan are suggested in this paper.
