| The local history becomes increasingly significant in the teaching of history,with the start of the 2001 National Elementary Education Curriculum Reform and development,the requirements of the New History Curriculum Standard in high school,the local teaching is an essential part in the history teaching.The application of local history is beneficial to the combination of history teaching and the development of curriculum resources,helping teacher to change their teaching methods,making the classroom atmosphere livelier as well as improving the comprehensive quality of the teacher.After learning the local history,students’ interest in history may be aroused.It can form the featured course in high school education and be a complement to the text,with can enrich the curriculum resources.In view of the use of local history curriculum reform in basic education has great theoretical significance and value of teaching practice.Taking in Quxian II as an example,use of local history in senior middle school history teaching are studied.This essay consists of five parts.The first part introduces the cause of the research,the meaning of the research,the review of research,research methods.new aspects of the research,and the definition of some terms are covered.The second part enumerates sets rich local history of Quxian are sorted.In addition,the development cultural relics,historical figures and custom are included.The third part is accessed through some surreys of students and interviews of teachers provided to show the current situation of history teaching in Quxian No.2 middle school.The fourth part through reflection and analysis,the cause of the problem is trying to be found out.The fifth part lies the solution to the problems and the measures to be taken by administrators,schools,teachers and students.Through this study hopes to strengthen the students’ feelings of family and country,setting up socialist Core Values.In addition,historical inheritance of Quxian is expected to spread.What’s more,I hope it could be a reference to the similar teaching pattern in other areas. |
