Sandtray is a kind of mature psychological treatment method and system,which can effectively reduce the problem behavior and mental health of young people.Therefore,this study attempts to use Sandtray therapy for high-aggressive junior high school students to study and intervene,including two research contents.In Study 1,24 junior high school students who had never met with Sandtray in Zunyi forty-second middle school were selected as research subjects,12 of them were highly aggressive junior middle school students,and 12 were junior middle school students with low aggression.Let 24 junior middle school students make a sandtray work alone.I hope to get the difference between the high aggressive junior middle school students and the low aggressive junior middle school students in the initial sandtray works.And tries to find out the unique features of the original sandtray of high offensive junior high school students.Study two try to intervene high attack junior high school students by group sandtray.Of the 12 high aggressive junior high school students from the first study,6 were selected as the intervention subjects and the other 6 were used as the control group.A self-designed group sandtray intervention program was used to intervene in the experimental group for 10 weeks,once a week,60 minutes each time.To test the effectiveness of group sandtray intervention.The results are as below:(1)High aggressive students and low aggressive students have different effects on the choice of toy models,and the most aggressive students are more likely to choose negative toys.(2)There is a significant difference between the high aggressive students and the low aggressive students in the initial sandtray in the(3)work scene characteristics.The high aggressive students' sandtray works show more strong and dynamic characteristics.(4)The initial cases of high offensive students and low aggressive students have significant differences in the case of the sandtray.The theme of trauma in the case of high aggressive students was more likely to occur.(5)The initial cases of high aggressive students and low aggressive students have significant marginal differences in self performance.The initial cases of high aggressive students have less self performance.(6)Group sandtray intervention can effectively reduce the aggressive level of high aggressive junior high school students.
