The knowledge of chemical theory is the main knowledge of chemistry,but it is difficult for students to learn,because the theoretical knowledge is highly abstract and logical.In the long term teaching,teachers found that in the process of learning the principles of chemistry,there are problems such as shallow learning,rote learning,and no flexible use.Through a long period of interview with teachers and a survey of students,we know that students are not interested in chemistry.The reason is that the knowledge of chemical concepts is very trivial and requires a lot of time and energy to remember.Therefore,the teaching model of "teaching for understanding" came into being in the high school chemistry classroom teaching practice.The purpose is to promote the students' ability to understand and enhance their interest.How to apply the TFU teaching model to the teaching of chemistry theory in high school,this model is more suitable for the teaching of which kind of knowledge.This study takes all these as the breakthrough points to carry on the research of this subject,hoping that this study can provide reference for the reform of the teaching mode of the knowledge of chemical concept principles.This paper briefly describes the topic and significance of the study.After that,the development of TFU teaching model is briefly introduced.Finally,the conclusion of the model in the teaching of high chemical theory knowledge is explained,and the conclusions of the research are evaluated and reconsidered.According to the specific requirements of TFU teaching mode,the general process of applying TFU teaching mode to teaching design mainly includes: first,teachers should think about the important concepts and principles in the scope of chemistry in the course of preparing lessons,and then,combining the basic situation of the students and the actual learning situation,the teachers begin to design the enlightening topics and understanding items.Finally,a continuous evaluation of the teaching process is carried out.After the design of the teaching plan is completed,it is necessary to put it into practice,and further improve and perfect the teaching plan,and then start a new round of teaching plan.This study adopts teaching experiment method and other methods to conduct research.The author has prepared two different questionnaires to study whether the model has a positive impact on students' understanding and mastery of the knowledge of chemical theory,learning interest and learning achievement,so as to ensure the feasibility and effectiveness of the TFU teaching model.Through the education test,it is found that the application of TFU teaching model can promote the students' understanding of the knowledge of chemical concepts and principles,and can improve the students' academic achievement in chemistry.At the same time,it is found that TFU teaching mode can also improve students' interest in chemistry and the enthusiasm of chemistry learning to a certain extent.The application of TFU teaching mode has achieved good results.Because of the research cycle,the limited sample,and the limitations of the researchers' own level,there are still some shortcomings in this study.Therefore,the research needs to be further improved and perfected,and the conclusions of the research need to be tested.
