Chemical conceptual knowledge is the most basic knowledge in the entire chemical knowledge system.It includes chemical concepts,basic principles of chemistry,etc.These knowledge are relatively abstract and difficult to understand.Through questionnaire surveys and after-class interviews with students,it was found that when students first entered junior high school to high school,they were more interested in chemistry,but after exposure to conceptual knowledge from the first year of high school,their interest in chemistry learning gradually declined.The reason is that students lack the proper understanding of the chemistry knowledge they have learned.Therefore,the focus of the study of conceptual knowledge is to let students understand and understand why and how to learn.The central idea of the TFU(Teaching for Understanding)teaching mode is "teach for understanding." important.The domestic and foreign literatures related to the TFU teaching model within ten years are collated,and the development process of the model is introduced.Then it introduces the theoretical basis,meaning and basic operating procedures of the model.According to the requirements of the TFU teaching mode,teachers should create heuristic topics in real situations,grasp the requirements of curriculum standards,set understanding goals,and design a variety of goals based on the understanding goals.Understanding activities to promote students' understanding of knowledge,and continuous evaluation of students' understanding process,so as to integrate teaching,learning and evaluation.Secondly,the conceptual knowledge of compulsory first chemistry in senior one was selected for teaching design,and the teaching design was applied to the teaching practice of this research to verify the feasibility of the TFU teaching model.Through the practical research of the TFU teaching mode,it is found that the application of the TFU teaching mode to high school chemistry conceptual knowledge is feasible,and it is beneficial to improve students' chemistry performance and improve the quality of learning.Using the TFU teaching mode for teaching design can activate classroom atmosphere and improve Classroom effect,enhance the enthusiasm of learning,and promote students' understanding of chemical concepts;using this mode in teaching can allow students to understand concepts in the light of daily experience,phenomena and scientific experiments,and cultivate students who are good at discovering and thinking habit.
