Research On The Application Of Social Work In The Work Of The Communist Youth League

Chinese communist youth league,was built and leadership by the party organization in our country,a group of advanced youth,is the vast number of outstanding young understand cognition of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the social practice of school,is the advanced groups of our party and powerhouse.Establishment,under the leadership of the communist youth league in our party will,unite the youth,based on the main task of the various periods in our country,to lead the charge in the journey of the practice and reform,instead of important role.With the continuous changes of society,China's population(population flow distribution),economy(gap between rich and poor),social structure(social stability),values have changed.As the fresh blood of our country,through the change of social environment,teenagers have been influenced imperceptibly in the distribution of population flow,the orientation of concept value,the way of life and so on.This has made the traditional management mechanism,working methods and organizational measures of the communist youth league not enough to meet the needs of society and youth under the new situation.As an emerging social work professional,in how to strengthen and improve the communist youth league work has its unique professional skills andperspective,for the communist youth league work realize the transformation of development in the social change,provides a new method of work.This paper is composed of introduction,three chapters,conclusions,references and appendices.The first chapter mainly discusses the work and social work of the communist youth league,including the working methods and the similarities and differences between them.The second chapter mainly discusses the feasibility of the social work involved in the work of the communist youth league,and analyzes and studies it through several levels of content.The third chapter elaborates the application and practice of social work methods in the concrete work of the communist youth league,and analyzes and summarizes the cases.Refers to the purpose of this study is to through the analysis of the social work professional perspective,social work and specific work contents and working methods of the communist youth league work a higher degree of conjunction,and use of the communist youth league under the new situation of the work and social work practice.
