The Research About Social Work Practice On The Deviant Youth

The deviation youth cause more and more attention of the society. There are some scholars do research on how to cut down teen deviant behavior and find that the youth deviant behavior causes are not single, but closely related with individual complex subjective cognition and life situation. The author found that social bond theory is just a theory system of comprehensive subjective and objective cause in explaining the cause of teenagers deviation behavior. Program X, the author come into contact with in the practice, is a project that social bond theory become the foundation for deviation youth to provide social work service, which provides research platform for the paper study. Program logic model as research framework, participatory observation and in-depth interviews for data collection as qualitative research methods, from the perspective of the social bonds theory, the author does social work service research to promote deviation youth’ social connection. The research find that the social bond theory provides a theoretical perspective to promote the social work service for deviation youth’ social connection, and also provide a clear framework for social work intervening the deviation youth. But because of social work itself and the external environmental restrictions, social work in developing service exists problem that practical comes apart from theory. The author tries to understand deeply of X project service, collect good experience in the service work, and analysis the service influence factors. Finally, the author will take the social bond theory and social work specialization development into consideration.
