The Application Of Social Work Getting Involved In Rehabilitation Service For The Psychopath During Convalescent

In recent years,with the increasing pressure of work and life,psychological problems have become increasingly prominent.As a result,the incidence and relapse rate of mental patients in our country are constantly increasing.The mental patients themselves and their families have to endure inner pain and social rejection.But for the recovered mental patients,they have been in closed hospitals for a long time,and there is a serious lack of communication with the outside world,which leads to a lack of confidence and deterioration of social function.After recovery and discharge,it is difficult to be treated equally.The traditional medical rehabilitation model can no longer meet the needs of patients with mental illness during rehabilitation.Social workers and medical staff are required to help them overcome the difficulties.Social work plays an important role in the rehabilitation service of psychotic patients in rehabilitation period.In this study,this paper first introduces the general situation of mental health center and its rehabilitation department in H City,and the treatment and rehabilitation of psychotic patients.Through the analysis of the factors affecting the rehabilitation of patients with mental illness in convalescent period,the author analyzes the factors affecting the rehabilitation of patients with mental illness in convalescent period.Family needs analysis,This paper expounds the necessity of social work intervention in rehabilitation service of psychotic patients in rehabilitation period.This article also expounds the concrete process of social workers' intervention in rehabilitation of mental patients in rehabilitation period.At the same time,using professional skills of social work,such as acceptance,empathy,and so on,to carry out case work for patients withrepresentative problems,as well as group work for patients' family members.Through case work,it helps patients to enhance their confidence and obtain family support.To ease the inner contradiction,to face the rehabilitation treatment positively.To help the family members of the patients to relieve their inner pressure and get emotional support through group work.At the same time,they know the relevant knowledge of taking care of the recovering mental patients.In order to better care for the patients and promote their recovery.Finally,this paper describes the role of social work intervention in patients with rehabilitation services and suggestions,can help the rehabilitation of mental patients to enhance their confidence,to promote the recovery of interpersonal communication skills and social functions;to help families of patients enhance their understanding of psychiatric rehabilitation,to enhance their confidence in patients' rehabilitation,and to encourage them to promote the harmonious development of their families.At the same time,it also promotes the harmonious development of the society and the improvement of the related policies of spiritual rehabilitation.It also provides a theoretical basis for the development of social work in the field of mental health.
