Martial art has a long history, which is the important component of China's 5,000 years of civilization.Martial art is the treasure of traditional sports in China, and martial art classes are of great significance to improve students' physical quality and inherit the culture of the Chinese nation.Sports colleges and universities are the cradle of sports talents, and the training of teachers will have an impact on the reform of physical education in new era. However, there is an awkward situation that " students like Martial art but hate Martial art classes",lacking of an evaluation standard of synchronization within the educational reform. There are two major factors to affect the development of Martial art routine teaching, one is the loss and the effectiveness of interaction between teachers and students, and another is the imperfect of interactive evaluation mechanism.By means of documentary, questionnaire, video, expert interviews, mathematical statistics,we can analyze the correlation between the evaluation index of the interaction effect of the teachers and students. On the basis of the combination of qualitative and quantitative research, the evaluation index of the interaction effect between teachers and students of martial art routine teaching in sports colleges and universities was constructed. This index is used to make an empirical study of two teachers' excellent courses and general courses,so as to make better suggestions for curriculum reform. The research results are as follows:1.According to Flanders Interaction Analysis System,teacher-student interaction plays an important role in the teaching process;the interaction evaluation mechanism between teachers and students is an important factor affecting the teaching of martial arts.2.The evaluation index of the interaction effect between teachers and students of Martial art routine teaching in sports colleges and universities in this study includes 5 level-1 indicators and 23 level-2 indicators: ? Teachers' verbal behaviors: encouraging or praising, adopting opinions, asking questions, teaching and guiding, organizing and instructing, criticizing ? Teachers' nonverbal behaviors: action of praise, action of negativeness, adoption of opinions, quiz, action modeling or action guidance ? Students' verbal behaviors: responding or expressing opinions, asking questions, cheering and encouraging words, etiquette classes, shouting password ? Students' nonverbal behaviors: action exercises, action modeling, action of praise, action of negativeness, action that has nothing to do with the teaching ? Other behaviors: silence, teaching chaos.3.The teaching structure of martial arts routines in sports colleges and universities is related to behaviors of both teachers and students.Teacher's behavior ratio and student's behavior ratio are close to Flanders Interaction Analysis System norm;the ratio of questioning and feedback behavior is large in the excellent course, and the frequency of Teacher-student interaction is higher;excellent teachers tend to have indirect influence, positive influence and encouraging words in the characteristics of teaching style; The characteristics of "steady state" show that in the excellent class, the proportion of teachers' behaviors is relatively large, and the proportion of students' behaviors is quite equal to those of the teachers. The teacher is dominant;the student body position is outstanding.
