Sport psychology has been paid close attention by some experts,who mainly focus on emotional experiences between coaches and players.Among those experiences,coaches' leadership behavior,players' training and playing satisfaction and mental fatigue are the hot issues.Solicitude and dictatorship of coaches may have opposite effects on the players,meanwhile the higher satisfaction may develop active emotional experiences and restrain mental fatigue,and therefore,players could have a better performance in the court.The study,based on expanding construction theory and cognitive evaluation theory,discussed the current situations and relationships of leadership behavior,training and playing satisfaction and mental fatigue about U21 women volleyball players in national games.The study proposed some empirical evidence and basis in order to improve coaches' abilities of instruction and management,and enforce players' mental health level as well.Applying to the methodologies of psychological assessment,statistics and interviewing,the study conduct a research with SPSS19.0 and AMOS17.0 among U21 women volleyball players of final 8 teams in National Games in Tianjing of 2017,and it came to the following results.Firstly,the different dimensions of coaches' leadership behavior,except for dictatorship,have positive relations with teams' performance.The pattern also applies to the dimensions of satisfaction,except for opponents and referees.For more than half of the players thought that opponents' level and referees' misbehavior could disturb the game performance.During the game,the players of Shandong team have displayed strong feeling of discontent.Such behavior need to be paid more attention.And for mental fatigue,better performance teams have less or no mental fatigue players,whereas those teams of lower level have several players with serious mental fatigue problems,which should undoubtedly be interfered in time.Secondly,coaches' leadership behavior has distinct positive relations with satisfaction and it is also predictable to satisfaction,whereas leadership behavior and satisfaction have negative relations and negative prediction with mental fatigue.Meanwhile dictatorship could positively predict mental fatigue and leadership behavior is negatively predictable.Thirdly,coaches' leadership behavior could undoubtedly affect,modulate and restrain players' mental fatigue;it can also indirectly affect players with the medium function of satisfaction.Based on the results above,the study drew some conclusions as followed.Firstly,positive and effective leadership behavior could directly affect player' mental fatigue,and it can also indirectly restrain fatigue with the development of satisfaction.Therefore,satisfaction is somehow a regulation variable which could play a medium role by enforcing and restraining mental fatigue between coaches and players.Secondly,three different dimensions of mental fatigue and total mental fatigue experiences have the same functional route.Therefore,it could be set up a medium operation module,which discloses the function mechanism of leadership behavior and mental fatigue.It proposed some references for improving coaches' implementation and developing players' satisfaction,as well as restraining and relieving mental fatigue.The study also proposed some suggestions.Firstly,in youth women volley teams,it is necessary to improve coaches' coaching abilities and help players obtain much more satisfaction,which could relieve and restrain their mental fatigue.Secondly,mental fatigue is a procession of accumulation,which affect women players mental health and performance.For some of the players in research display some serious mental fatigue problems,therefore,coaches and instructors should focus on the crucial reason and show more democracy in coaching,and even carry out some necessary interventions sooner.Thirdly,the players in teams of Jiangsu,Shanghai and Shandong,which have better performance,display some discontent emotions to coaches' dictatorship,worse performance and fault management of the teams.Therefore,it is strongly suggested that coaches and instructors improve abilities of innovation and management,which could increase teams' athletic performance undoubtedly.Fourthly,for more than half of the players show incredulity to opponents and referees behaviors,it is also suggested that players should handle unfairness with calmness and self-examination,and try to win the game with athletic strength.Meanwhile,referees are surely improving their professionalism and enforce the regulation impartially.
