Research On Current Situation Analysis And Development Countermeasures Of Ski Instructors In Shenyang Ski Resort

As China has won the right to host the Winter Olympic Games,more and more people participate in winter sports,and the public's demand for ski instructors is increasing.Based on the investigation and study of the current situation of ski instructors,the main problems of ski instructors are find out in this area on the basis of detail information and data.Effective strategies put forward to better promote skiing popularization in the public.Taking the ski instructors in skiing resorts in Shenyang as the research object,this paper mainly investigates and analyzes the current situation of the ski instructors in skiing resorts in Shenyang by means of field investigation,questionnaire,logical analysis,mathematical statistics and other research methods.The survey find that 266 skiing instructors in skiing resorts in Shenyang can not meet the demand on the peak period of holiday skiing tourists,on the other hand there is an overdemand situation at the beginning of the snowy season and working day.The ratio between men and women is imbalanced,female ski instructors accounted for only 30%.The overall age tends to be younger,with a relatively low level of English,a relatively low level of instruction,a lower level of education,a lower level of guidance,a more comprehensive range of work and more complex personnel.Only Bai Qing Zhai ski resort ski instructor's personnel are simple,mainly composed of undergraduate and graduate students in Shenyang Sport University,with higher educational level but short guiding years and lack of guidance experience.The ski instructor who obtained the grade certificate of ski instructors is also limited to training and assessment of ski,and has not received regular training and assessment of snowboard.The supply of existing ski instructors is not enough to meet the increasing demand of ski tourists.According to the above problems,the following suggestions are made as follows:(1)Each ski resort can recruit college students who have obtained a skiing instruction certificate after training and assessment as part-time ski instructors.(2)The relevant management departments of the state should strengthen supervision and control,and ski resorts should take corrective measures to avoid potential risks.(3)The related sports administration can organize theoretical knowledge competitions relates to skiing and professional skills competitions between ski resorts and ski instructors in skiing resorts,and provide a platform for them to learn and communicate with each other.(4)Refing the salary standards of ski instructors based on weather the skiing instructors hold the certificate,and based on their level of certificate and the feedback evaluation of the instructor.(5)In view of the increasing annual situation ofskiing skiers in various ski resorts,relevant departments should publish the assessment and certification of snowboarding instructors as soon as possible.(6)The sports universities that have special conditions for providing winter sports courses should strengthen the training courses for ski instructors.(7)The state related sports administration should do a good job of planning before the snowy season,and increase the training and examination of ski instructors in the skiing resorts above the medium scale,so as to make the training and assessment normalization.
