Preschool teachers' ability to observetion contais the objective,metheds,record and analysis in the process of one's observation.Guding strategy is that kindergarten techear help kids get the better development and take the corresponding guidance strategy to achieve certen educational goals in the teaching activities.It has the theoretical significance and pratical value that research about reschool techers' ability of observation and guidance strategy as well as their relations.By exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory analysis,it conclude two formal questionnaires,it's questionnaire of the ability of preschool teachers' observation and the guidance strategies questionnaire.It has proved by test that the questionnaire has good reliability and validity.Based on different garedes kondergarten in Liaoning province,it has had out 398 questionnaires,recycling 365 questionnaires,the recovery rate reach 91.7%,it's effective rate was 96.9%,after the further research and screening.Fisrt fo all,the study has analysised the information from questonnaires which based on the different grades and combining with the conversatons of the 39 preschool teachers.Then it has discussed the characteristics of the preschool teachers' s observe ability and guiding strategies by multi-factor analysis fo variance.The results show :1.The overall level about the current kindergarten teachers' observe ability is in good conditon,it is supposed to improve in aspets.There are significant diffirence in The preschool teachers' teaching age and the degree in their observation ability.There is no diffirence in age classes.2.The overall level about the current kindergarten teachers' guidance strategies is in good conditon.There are significant diffirence among the factors.There are singnificant diffirences among Preschool teachers ‘ record of the formal schooling and grades.3.Preschool teachers' s observation ability as wel as the factors is closely related to the guide strategy.The ability of selecting and recording information most affectteachers' guide strategy,the next is the ability of analysis.The ability of choosing metheds to observa has the leatest effects of teachers' guidace strategies.It has discussed on shotage of the reseach of the characterristics of preschool teachers' ability and guiding strategies as well as the relationship.Researcher has given corresponding advices on preschool teachers' obervation ability and guidance strategies from different levels and postions to improve the standards.
