With the continuous progress of society,more and more people pay attention to education,especially education equity has gradually become the focus of attention,and the popularization of higher education is speeding up.In order to enable all students,especially poor students,to obtain the opportunity of education,China has issued a number of funding policies to ensure that poor students can enter the school smoothly,complete their studies smoothly and become national people Only.After years of development,China has basically formed a financial aid system for poor students with the main service contents of "awards,assistance,study,loan,diligence,subsidy,reduction" and green channel,which helps poor students solve their difficulties in going to school with national policies.With the continuous recommendation of education reform,secondary vocational education can provide more and more students with professional and technical skills training,so that they can master the skills in the compulsory education stage and become professional skilled and high-quality talents.With the rapid development of economy,there is a certain imbalance in the development between regions,and the economic level between families is also inconsistent.Some families are unable to enter school to complete their studies due to economic difficulties.This problem has been paid more and more attention by the state.Under the traditional funding model,some poor students still can not get help.There are some deficiencies In 2015,under the guidance of the theory of "targeted poverty alleviation",the Ministry of Education formally proposed "precision funding",which has become an important development goal in the field of education,providing direction and clear requirements for the funding work of poverty-stricken students in secondary vocational schools.It is of great and far-reaching significance for secondary vocational schools to seriously practice the concept of "precision funding",fully,efficiently and accurately identify the poor students in school and provide them with targeted assistance and funding services.Based on this,this paper focuses on the secondary vocational colleges,taking x school as an example,focusing on the implementation of the school’s precision funding,as well as the main problems in the implementation process,searching the roots,providing targeted improvement or solution strategies for the problems,to provide support for the school’s precision funding education.This paper mainly uses the questionnaire survey method and case study method to investigate the current situation of the school’s funding.According to the survey results,this paper summarizes and analyzes the existing problems of the school’s precise subsidy at this stage,mainly including the single form of funding,the students’ lack of in-depth understanding of the policy,the poor students’ inaccurate identification,and the overall effect of the subsidy is not good enough.The main reason for these problems is the school’s attention It is not high,policy publicity and education is not in place,the identification system of poor students is not perfect,the funding supervision and evaluation mechanism is not perfect.In order to improve these problems,in order to improve the difficulties of the school’s precision funding,we should constantly improve the funding model,and form a funding model system of self-help precision funding,mutual aid precision funding,crowd assisted precision funding,and spiritual level precision funding.We should pay attention to the publicity and education of precision funding policies,establish a professional funding and publicity team,and highlight publicity It is necessary to improve the identification system of poor students,attach importance to the source work of poor students identification,standardize the operation procedures of identification of poor students,establish a strong operability index system for identification of poor students,and establish an accurate guarantee system;it is necessary to build a big data platform for poor students,form an innovation funding platform and establish an accurate information base The form realizes the differentiation subsidization,the innovation subsidization function realizes the education type subsidization,and establishes the standardized subsidization mechanism.
