The Arrangment And Research Of The Traditional Sports Of Yunyang Board In Longxi County Of Gansu Province

National heritage sports is a special form of physical culture that humans have created and will be created to pass through history,and it's a special form of physical culture,and it's also a kind of physical activity that has a local culture,and it's a tradition of traditional sports that is rooted in the traditional activities of the masses.There is much of academic debate about the concept of "traditional sports",and some good concepts have yielded exciting results.In someone's opinion,traditional sports is refers to the region or ethnic tradition by the ancestors in the sports activities and so on specific scope and folk sports content repetition,even they are affiliated.And another think that traditional sports is developed in thousand years by the ancestors' activities,such as labor,fighting,recreation,fitness and so on.In this paper,the status quo of traditional sports development in longxi yunyang plate is studied in this paper to further organize and study this project.Since this project is located in the remote area of western China(gansu province longxi county),there are few professional talents to excavate and study this project,and few papers have been published on it.Only the local people can get a glimpse of the folk style and the huge power of the yunyang board performance.The performance of the longxi yunyang board is a traditional sport with characteristics from the performance mechanism,the performance content and the performance form.Although the project is superstitious,which belongs to the folk ritual activities,it is gradually integrated into the sports activities.So it belongs to the category of sports.There are a few of research on the traditional sports project of yunyang board.The domestic research has introduced and analyzed the yunyang board from different perspectives,so that we have a preliminary understanding of the yunyang board,but the research is still not clear enough.For example;The basic footwork,basic rhythm and basic performance routines of the traditional sports program of yunyang plate are still to be studied.We hope to make bold innovation and improvement on the basis of traditional sports,and turn the traditional sports project of yunyang plate into a new sports project which is easy for the masses to accept.It has an ancient Chinese feudal superstition,but it's not enough to stop us from liking and studying it.It is perhaps because of that superstition that it attract more scholars to dig and tidy it.Perhaps the story which behind China's nearly 1,000 traditional sports is towait for people to discover and excavate,to add a mysterious touch to our country's5,000 years of civilization.
